SHO Trauma and Orthopaedics

The Bluecross Locums Surgical division are in need of a SHO (FY2, ST1 and ST2) with a particular interest in Trauma and Orthopaedics.

Our Client is based in Middlesex

Commencing date:19 th February 2018

Finishing date: 19 th March 2018

Rota information: 8-5 Plus on calls

Accommodation/ Travel information: NA

It is essential that applicants hold an MBBS qualification. All applicants should have a minimum of 6 months experience in Orthopaedics in a NHS Trust.

Applicants must have proven UK FY1 experience.

Personal qualities should include:

  • Applicants must have a caring attitude and be honest and trustworthy as well as reliable
  • Organisational ability and ability to cope effectively with stressful situations
  • Ability to undertake responsibilities
  • Ability to understand and communicate intelligibly with patients
  • Physically and mentally fit to conduct operative procedures which may demand a number of hours of close attention
